Position Summary: CoreSphere is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Salesforce Practice. This role includes completing functional and business testing of all requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria. As the QA Specialist you will bring QA best practices to the project/program. Because much of the work of this role is client-facing, the ability to communicate and collaborate with peers and clients while building consensus is critical for success.

Responsibilities:
- Work with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Representatives to understand goals and requirements
- Prepare and execute test cases/test scripts
- Document and detail defects
- Prepare weekly testing metrics for status reporting
- Lead the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase of the project. Preparing UAT cases, coordinate UAT with the business and facilitate the sessions
- Manage testing activities in JIRA.
- Work with Business Analysts and Developers resolve defects/issues
- Assist the Project Manager to assess project risks and offer mitigation strategies
- At least 3 years of Salesforce Consulting experience
- Experience working in an Agile-Scrum development environment
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience working in JIRA
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Experience in project management and QA methodology
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Working knowledge of test management software
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Experience working with Salesforce OmniStudio
- Experience with Copado or other CI/CD tools
- Certified Test Engineer (CSTE), highly desirable
- Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA), highly desirable
