Position Summary: The ServiceNow Developer shall serve as a technical expert responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, implementing, and documenting GetHelp ESM epic capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Work Authorization: Must be United States Citizens Contractors who require privileged IT access shall be U.S. citizens and shall complete the Privileged User training prior to receiving elevated permissions.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Certified ServiceNow Certified Application Developer OR
- IT Service Management Implementation Specialist within the last 3 years; OR
- Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD within the last 3 years; OR
- Certified Implementation Specialist in Risk and Compliance within the last 3 years; AND
- 2 years of experience supporting a production instance in any application suite; AND
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with Advanced custom ServiceNow scripts including:
- user interface actions
- user interface policies
- access control lists
- client scripts
- scheduled jobs
- data tables and fields, and
- REST APIs.
- Within the any ServiceNow element: platform, product suites, products, and modules
